All of the services and prices on Cat Minder are transparent and all-inclusive. What you see is what you get from the price to the extent of the services. These fees cover the sitter’s time and any agreed-upon services, like playtime, cleaning the litter box, feeding, and more. If you need additional services, be sure to discuss them with the sitter prior to booking.  

We understand plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why Cat Minder has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled up to 24 hours before the booking starts are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, please review our terms of service for more details.  

Cat Minder securely processes all payments through the platform. Once you confirm a booking, payment will be held until the cat sitting service is finished, ensuring satisfaction for both parties.
